Today's ASF Members' meeting invited one of Tirasa founders to join the membership of Apache Software Foundation
At today's ASF Members' meeting Francesco Chicchiriccò, Tirasa founder and part of staff, was elected to be invited to become a member.
As highlighted by Simone Tripodi on behalf of The Apache Software Foundation, membership in the foundation carries certain rights and responsibilities, and brings Francesco's and Tirasa's commitment at ASF - as recently reported - to next level.
«I am honoured to accept this invitation of yours - said Francesco once received such good news - I've always seen the ASF as a place where theories about sharing and commitment become real, with all implied joy and troubles: I hope I can contribute to keep building this at best of my capabilities.»
